Gleichzeitige Detektion und Identifikation von 28 HPV-Typen (19 Hochrisiko- und 9 Niedrigrisiko-Typen)

Anyplex™ II HPV28 Detection gleichzeitig, differenziert und quantifiziert gleichzeitig 28 verschiedene HPV-Genotypen (19 Hochrisiko- und 9 Niedrigrisiko-Typen), die Gebärmutterhalskrebs und/oder sexuell übertragbare Krankheiten verursachen. Dieser Assay beruht auf den urheberrechtlich geschützten Technologien DPO™ und TOCE™ und einer Multiplex-Echtzeit-PCR. Er stellt mit hoher Sensitivität und Spezifität Genotypisierungsdaten zu 28 infektiösen HPV-Typen in einer einzigen Reaktion bereit.
